See Media and Housing 21 shortlisted for best not-for-profit campaign

Having previously scooped gold in 2021 and 2022, we have once again been shortlisted for best Not-for-profit Campaign at the PRide Midland Awards!

This year it’s for our work with leading Extra Care and Retirement Living provider Housing 21 on producing its podcast series – 21 Talks.

The housing provider manages more than 23,300 homes for older people of modest means and through its podcast channel is showing that at every age, everyone has important stories to tell and opinions to share.

21 Talks is the first housing podcast series to feature residents on every episode – providing a platform for residents to share their views, while putting them at the heart of the conversation to spotlight the topics and discussions that matter most to them.

To date, the series has covered a wide range of topics including sustainability, digital inclusion and financial wellbeing, generating further conversations and positive feedback across social media.

Across the series, 21 Talks has exceeded listener number targets, while also supporting Housing 21 to increase resident engagement.

Winners of this year’s awards will be announced at a ceremony taking place on 17th November at the Eastside Rooms in Birmingham – keep everything crossed for us!
