Rebranding, new website and marketing support
Campbell Tickell
Digital and Design
Campbell Tickell is a diverse business operating in a number of markets, in terms of the range of our service offerings, the sectors in which we operate, and our geography. We had continued with our previous branding for a number of years, and were looking for an approach that would express this diversity more effectively and enable us to engage better in new areas and with new clients. See Media’s imaginative and responsive approach fully met our brief and has helped contribute to the continuing growth in our business activity.
Partner, Campbell TickellCampbell Tickell is a leading management consultancy operating in housing, social care, regeneration and associated sectors. It supports most of the UK’s largest and most diverse housing associations, and many local authorities, charities, care & support providers, and bodies operating in the sports and leisure sectors.

Campbell Tickell had grown steadily, but in 2017 it wanted to accelerate this process and launch itself into new markets and grab the attention of new clients. As part of this, Campbell Tickell commissioned See Media to develop a new brand, website and suite of supporting marketing collateral. This had to be delivered by January 2018.
To refresh this well-known brand, we began by conducting ‘discovery’ research to inform both our development of brand concepts and website design. This phase encompassed detailed competitor analysis, website analytic research, workshops with CT staff and stakeholders and further desktop research of branding themes.
From this we produced comprehensive recommendations of brand values and suggested brand concepts. Our approach centred around the themes of ‘trust’ and ‘change’, using a series of lively illustrations to depict CT engaging with its clients to effect change. We tested and refined these illustrations with CT stakeholders.
For the website, we used the discovery insights and our User Experience skills to create a sitemap demonstrating improved customer journeys. We created visual wireframes that ensured a smooth build and site testing phase. CT has a broad range of marketing publications and collateral (CT Brief, CT Opportunities Bulletin, proposals, slides, etc). These elements all had to be redesigned in the new branding and made as easy-to-use as possible for the CT team. We provided a comprehensive style guide and ongoing support where needed to ensure the success of the new brand.

The new brand, website and collateral launched on time in January 2018
- The new identity was well-received by stakeholders and clients – especially the suite of illustrations, which are now synonymous with CT in everything it does
- The website is much more user-friendly and impactful, with users spending more time on the site and accessing more content
- Marketing collateral is more eye-catching and projects much clearer client key
messaging
